.....Court never vindicated Oshiomhole.

Contrary to the falsehood being peddled by social media mercenaries of the Evil People's Movement (EPM) across various social media platforms pursuant to a notice of discontinuance of suit filed by Hon. Stephen Oshawo challenging the legality of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the APC following his suspension by the state chapter of the APC in suit no FCT/HC/CV/522/2019 between Stephen Oshawo and two others Vs Adams Aliu Oshiomhole and two others which was struck out today by the High Court of the FCT, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole remains suspended.

The reason as clearly stated in the affidavit in support of the motion of discontinuance/Withdrawal was based on the pleas made by clandestine emissaries sent by the first defendant which includes traditional, religious and opinion leaders who made a case for him not be ingloriously and unceremoniously evicted being the only Edo state indigene currently occupying the only National office of the APC.

The claimant after listening to the pleas of the various emissaries took pity on the embattled National Chairman of the APC hence his discontinuance of the said suit, and the award of cost is in line with order 24 Rule 1(2) and (3) of the FCT court rules.

The embattled National Chairman is advised to go back to his ward and answer to the allegations against him and urged to sin no more.
