Good day everyone
Victory's primary condition is short bowel syndrome and in this case it's termed Intestinal Failure when all treatment options have failed. On Thursday he had two episodes of cardiac arrest. This was due to the Electrolyte imbalance that had gotten very poor. 
The KCL level went extremely low KCL is important for our heart to pump. So his heart failure and he had an arrest. Before Thursday all his medications that were fluids were not consistent because you know our health care system and whatever reason too....
Currently he is yet to fully come out of the shock as a result of cardiac arrest. 
His heart beat is being supported by inotropic agents like noradrenaline. 
His had about 4 episodes of seizures yesterday that lasted for few seconds. 
He is still on oxygen.
He is in a very critical condition. He also has chronic Hepatitis B which could make his condition worst than ordinarly. We trust God for Victory
He is alsoin electrolyte ion correction, blood transfusion and Total Parental Nutrition. That's what his treatment plan looks like.
But he is still there Victory is still breathing.
If you really want to help Victory go on your knees and pray that God should have mercy on our dear friend. 
Nobody deserves what he is going through
