You must be mentally slow. So repentance is a automatic escape from justice? Ohk lemme do this. I will track you down, rape your wife or sisters or daughters, kill your sons or brothers and maim you for life. Then I will go to OPM and "repent" and be a free man.

Or worse still, I will torture your family, make sure they die with bitterness in their heart so that they will be damned to hell. Then I will come to OPM and shout hallelujah.

People that reason the way you do make me more than determined that majority Nigerians are not worth any iota of sacrifice. Just look at your line of thought, purely sentimental without proper recourse to facts.

My guy is probably thinking of all these specialised American weapons, the AK47 is simple yet rugged that's why less economically developed countries use them. I'm more concerned with how he got the weapons and uniforms and how many fake policemen are on the roads right now.
