Please help with this problem.

NDLEA came to my place knocking on my door. I wasn't home. I've had nothing with do with drugs my whole life and don't have slightest reason why they came at my place in the first.

The security guy said they are NDLEA , Is this NDLEA go around knocking on people's door with no drug history ? This really baffled me alot.

I'm seeking opinion on best way you think I should approach this please

know why they came looking for you, but you must comb your house and its environs to make sure somebody is planting anything to set you up.

I pity some shariaist president if this guy wins a second tenure.

No they didn't. He just said they're looking for the guy that stay in my apartment.

I'll advice you to relax and watch if they will come back, and be mentally and verbally prepared to answer politely without fear. They might also plant spies around to monitor your movement in and out of your aparment, so move freely and innocently. But if you want to, go with a reputable lawyer and clear your name. Lawyer will also tell you what to do. They might use you to settle scores if you go alone.

Secondly, check the previous history of your apartment. The statement "looking for the guy that lives in this apartment" has no specific identity and is also a pointer that the suspect has a verified link with your apartment. He either lived there or used it as a fake contact address. Watch your any of your ganja friends frequent visit to your apt as a cover up.

I smell a rat, first of all do a thorough check I mean a very serious searching around your house if possible the whole compound, because if their coming was not due to a mistaken identity then is either they got an info about you or somebody is about setting you up...... This is Nigeria, anything is possible, just be careful
