What magic did this technocrats perform when they had the opportunity of governance? Was El Rufai not a technocrat? Maybe I’m going far, but only a few of these technocrats did well such as Fashola, Obi and Duke. Same thing applies to the politicians who were up to the task such as Sullivan, Ameachi and our late esteemed former President Ya’rdua.

Whether technocrat or politician, it takes a level of self discipline to do very well in our clime. If Nigeria can conduct personality and psychological test before electing individuals, we wouldn’t be yoked with kleptomaniacs as leaders.

But on the flip side, the reason I added Rochas was for party reasons. It’s obvious he’s the top shot for the Presidential position in the Southeast APC. In party politics, you reward those who invested their efforts to the growth party. And Rochas claim to that position is hinged on this factor.
