SPA MANAGER JOB POSITION
LOCATION: ABUJA
REMUNERATION: N1.8million per annum plus benefits

A modern 5 Star health and beauty spa located in Wuse II, Abuja with facilities such as Spa Treat Rooms; Male & Female Hair Salons; Make-up Studio; Health-Fitness Studio Requires an experienced spa manager for immediate employment:

Key Roles:
The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the spa, developing vendor relations, overseeing and motivating spa sales, implement strategies to achieve performance targets, ensure guests are receiving 5 star treatments while at the spa, train and mentor the staff.
Liaises with: Massage therapists, Hair braiders, Nail specialists, nutritionists, skin therapists, among other specialists

Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare, implement and update business & marketing Plan
2. Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare expenses reports for the Spa Board of Directors
3. Ensure the Spa operating procedures and policies are implemented and updated as Required.
4. Supervise daily spa operations and liaise with other staff members to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld
5. Co-ordinate spa promotions and other marketing activities to maximize Spa position in the market
6. Assist in the development and updating of the spa brochure
7. Manage client feedback
8. Check inventory of health products
9. Train employees
10. Handle employee schedules
11. Purchase necessary materials

Minimum Educational Qualifications Required:
• Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification desired
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration qualification also an advantage

Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a beauty salon/ spa.

Job Description
- Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.
- Managed daily operations of the spa including placing and tracking orders for spa supplies and equipment.
- Assist with promotions and sales, manage operations budget, recruit and oversee staff

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, hospitality management
- 2 years experience as spa manager in a reputable place
- Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in managing the facility, maintaining supplies and recruiting staff.

Salary: 120,000 -150k per month
