My brother applied for a UK Tourist visa and to my surprise the application was rejected.

Reason - you have stated that you are a student in Nigeria ,I am unable to establish it with the document provided ,you have elected not to submit any satisfactory supporting documents to substantiate your claim to study in Nigeria

Furthermore I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated sufficient ties to ensure you intend a genuine visit or would seek to leave the UK at the end of the limited period stated by you .......................
My brother received an invitation letter from his girlfriend over there ( passport, tenancy agreement, place of work and tax receipts ) were all included, even my mom account was used as the sponsor

Since we now know the reason it was rejected, we intend getting a reference letter from his school ...my question is when should we reapply and how do we go about it if there are any other documents that should be included
