We took the decision to refer him to the authorities when it became apparent that he was not ready to deliver the container this week, even if we sent him more money. I have spoken to my nebors manager who handles his clearing businesses and he even told me they have a kind of agreement where they clear your container without u paying a Kobo....but you have to pay the agreed money after clearing .,...I will give us update when I finalise with him.
