I heard PHCN is recalling or seizing old prepared mater and forcing the new one on people. someone just told me that the billing rate for the new meter is higher and thats why PHCN stop giving it out.


and the amount he told me they spent in a month for a single deep freezer, fan and two energy saving bulb. which they do not on every time but only in the day, as it's just a pharmacy store.

I need to know from someone that knows in and out about the two.

The old metre doesn't count wheb the light is little is low. The new works in all weather.

I think the old meter is less in charging because I use 5k for 3 months with a freezer, television, fans and bulds, I don't use me electric micro wave and electric kettle
