Nigeria: Export Crops Maintaining Gains In Price by BrandSpurNG: 11:14am On Feb 17, 2020
Cocoa and ginger gained in price closing the week at ₦909,333.00 and ₦478,547.78 accordingly. This is as a result of sustained demand for commodities in the international market.

Maize led the pack with a positive performance rising at 0.39% Week-to-date. Paddy rice and Sorghum, on the other hand, remained neutral maintaining it’s the price at ₦131,666.00 and ₦70,617.00 respectively.

The open market saw maize, soybeans and paddy rice decline in price, while sorghum, ginger, and cocoa remained neutral.
