Imagine Bayelsa APC youth where the matter happens are sensible like this to condemn the attack on her Lordship Justice Mary Odili.

If youths from Bayelsa can take this honourable stance why then are this other APC-lefts running mad and silly on nairaland since the verdict...

They will continue wailing on Bayelsa while Ondo will slip off their fingers

But should the deputy governor's forged certificate affect the governor's election? Or is there any other offence commited by the elected governor as well? Just asking anyway.

Any attack on the judge(s) is uncalled for.

The constitution and electoral act as amended make the two positions Siamese twins before inauguration. It is categorically stated that if a gubernatorial candidate does not have a running mate, his/her candidature remains null and void.

That's where the judgement is drawn from

When you have a running mate without the constitutional requirements to contest, that means you don’t have a running mate.

Who passed it then?
it was passed by 7/5 judges and she only has one vote. The judgement is passed based on majority vote and in this case, all of them voted for the same judgment.

My brother, that’s Nigeria factor. Everybody knows the truth but few are courageous to say the truth. That’s why the country is in shambles today.

Why is it that igbo youth are inactive ? If u are a true nigeria that believe in the unity of this nation, this action by the northern miscreants that sees APC as buhari's private party is totally unaccepted and should be opposed by massive protest all over the federation. this is an assault to ndigbo

correct move

the APC youths under the aegis of Bayelsa APC Youth Vanguard for Real Change, asked the party leadership to blame itself for presenting candidates with forged credentials for the elections.

Useless and lazy Youths with low IQ.

How could Mary Odili would have agreed to even be part of the Panel when it's known to all that her husband is a PDP leader?

You think if Mary Odili's husband is a leader in APC, PDP would not have visited US, UK, UN embassies to complain?

Now, PDP doesn't see anything undemocratic in Mary Odili heading such Panel.
