Pastors are not the major problem, they are part of the problem, but not the most important. The problems of Nigeria are 1. Politicians 2. Nigerians 3. Pastors 4. Buhari 5. Supporters of The lifeless one Remove all this people and watch Nigeria prosper. Check my signature and be uplifted this year, thank me later. 2 Likes |

No... Imams are the major problems we have in Nigeria. They preach so much hate in their mosques so much that a muslim can carry weapons not only against a Christian but even his muslim fellows. What kind of message is that? 3 Likes |

Sir, you are your own problem. And when people like you abound, they become a problem to everyone else. The inability to take responsibility for your own inadequacies, mistakes and contribution to the problems around you, is your problem. When you perceive others to be the problem, you pray for them, you try to enlighten them, then you try to shine the light through your own actions, not trying to throw them under the bus. Your bias also is in bad taste; if pastors are the problem, you could say the same for Imams, Alfas, Marabouts, babalawos, eckists and several other religious leaders. I wish you light, love and the best life can offer you. Blessed be. Horus 1 Like |

Horus, Looking from the "outside, in", (although I have half Nigerian direct descent), the world doesn't see "pastors" (even with some being unconverted) as Nigeria's problem. You are incorrect in your assessment. I am telling you what I know. While having a conversation with a church member last week in regards to Nigeria, the minute I mentioned the word, the guy (who is not black, and has "0" black ethnicity at all in him) said, "You know that is the most corrupt country in the world." What could I even say? Absolutely nothing. They see chaos, corruption, crime, religious extremism and a lack of governance...with all due respect. Unfirtunately, they don't want to visit there and are pleased with the recent banning of Nigerians coming to the U.S. They cannot differentiate between the corrupt/violent Nigerian citizens vs. the peaceful/law-abiding citizens So while Christianity is attacked within the walls of Nigeria, it is the least regarded reason why Nigeria is labeled as it is in the world's eyes. As the one poster said however, SIN is the ultimate problem. 1 Like |

What book have solution to Nigeria problems? The bible (going by the teachings of Christ) Who were suppose to educate Nigerians(which includes politians) of the bible? Pastors (but they are confusing people instead of educating people including politians). One thing for sure is, every politian you see today were one time ordinary citizens before they became politians, they got their wrong mindsets at the stage when they were ordinary citizens going to church or mosque Therefore, pastors are the major problem, all of them. Pastors are like lecturers who collect school fees(tithe and offering) but they are not teaching their students what they should know. |
