DOES LOVE DIE?

Love is a force of nature. Love is way much bigger than you are and you can’t dictate nor control it. Love is a passionate strong feeling of emotion and attraction towards somebody.
Now back to the topic, does love die or what causes love to fade away?
Love dies or fades away when it is not truly love to start with. Below are some reasons why love fades away:

1. Lack of Trust: When a relationship is formed without trust, it is most likely to crumble and won’t end up well sooner or later. Trust is like the pillars of a relationship. Imagine building a house without pillars, such building is surely bound to collapse and can never stand the test of time. Most people in a relationship think of trust in terms of being sexually faithful to your partner. NO! There is much more to trust than faithfulness in a relationship. That is why you and your partner needs to create a kind of trust to bond the relationship and make it last.

2. Lies: I know of some relationships that has ended because of lies, old lies. Lie is a relationship killer. Lies from a partner you love hurts a lot and if he/she continues and keeps repeating the same thing all the time, it will hurt even more. Never lie to your partner because you don’t also want them to lie to you. This keeps the love burning like a flame and makes the relationship last long.

3. Fear: Love, unfortunately gradually dies or fades away because of fear. You get yourself a man or a woman and you start thinking about what you will do or what will happen to you if things do not workout between the two of you. And since you can’t stand that pressure, you decide to end everything. But that is the worst thing you can do. You should never let your fear take control of you. Fight your fears of uncertainty of what is going to happen in that relationship, you always have to stand up for yourself and enjoy life, enjoy love and don’t let your fears define you. That is the only way you can be happy and have a lasting relatonship.

4. Not Built on a Solid Foundation: If your relationship was built on sex or material things, trust me, it won’t last for long. Love that was built on mutual trust has the potential to be the love of your life. So when you are about to begin a relationship, always choose the right things and be in a relationship for the right reasons. Choose love, honesty, open communication and trust. That is the only way it would work. This is a fact ladies, just face it – sometimes instead of jumping on his bed or starting a relationship with him just because of what he has to offer; talk to the guy about what you truly want in that relationship. It will pay off eventually.

5. Unrealistic Expectations: There are expectations in love and there are some things you expect from your partner which is completely normal. What is not normal is if those expectations are unrealistic or not real. There are partners who think they deserve it all, while they put zero effort into that relationship. Relationships like this is surely snot going to end up well. On the other hand, there are some people who are abusive but they believe their partners should stay with them because they are special or unique. In this case, things do not end well. What you need to know when you are engaged in a love relationship is to make rules to protect both of you and leave the rest for nature to handle. Give your best in a relationship and watch it blossom.
