I recently went to a Polytechnic, and saw some men whom I was told were members of a vigilante group, harassing a female student; seriously beating her up, tearing her clothes, while other students were there, either watching, or going about their businesses. I could not help but ask why they were doing all that, to my greatest surprise, I was told she was dressed indecently, and they were acting according to school rules(this girl was wearing a blouse that did not totally cover her shoulder and ripped jean that exposed part of her legs).

While I began condemning the act, a lot of the students were looking for one reason or the other, justifying it, they even acted like the girl's dressing was bad enough for her to be treated as such - most of these were people who looked far from RESPONSIBLE o! Right on the main campus, i found several girls dressed far worse and I kept wondering how the 'loyal' security men allowed them in. I later found out several lecturer s were in the habit of taking advantage of female students, one was even 'eyeing' a student I was with, right in front of me.

In the end, I decided to mind my business, because the students were seriously against me, and staunch supporters of the rule. One thing which struck me was their HYPOCRISY, despite the fact that they lacked morals so much.

Any time there is a negative issue involving man and woman(Like the one involving the lecturer and the female student),

some women would say something like:

Maybe the man wanted to sleep with her,

maybe the woman turn down his proposal.

The truth is that the lecturer may even be disgusted at the sight of her.

Even if they give some women to some men to sleep with for free,

some men will turn it down.
