Much as I agreed with our Lord Justice in this matter,then why discrepancies in many Courts,including Industrial Court,where Claimant was never called by a Company's -Staff Disciplinary Committee of 5-Members,yet a Judge waived such serious matter of fairness and and vent anger,deliver her judgement'--where is her Fairness.Where are evidence that the Claimant was ever invited by Staff Disciplinary Committee Members?
Even in Criminal matters,a judge should be unbiased!!!.

Well I don’t care what breach of budgetary approval he failed while buying those buses but I’m glad he bought those buses cos without them, I wonder how life would have been for most lagos commuters now.
