Not everyone can leave in an estate without perimeter fence, security, road Network, and electricity connection, recreational centres, malls, etc. This is 2020. People don't leave like that anymore. It takes a minimum of 500k per plot to provide the above mentioned features in an average sized estate on the island because of the kind of soil there. The only reason southern Atlantic is as low as 300k is because, the land is DRY.
