Let me tell you why Nigerians answer questions with questions. It's because we are a very philosophical people. And we lean towards Socrates, the one time 'smartest man in all of Greece' as our philosophical godfather. Proof? Socratic Questioning! This was Socrates' method of answering questions with questions.

Guy 1: I dey. Wetin dey happen?

Guy2: Nothing o! whats up?
