Hello nairalanders, pls i really need ur help, am a guy in my early twenties my major prob is ma voice, i ave a thick, deep inaudible voice. Many a time i speak at the top of my voice but people beside me complian of not of not hearing me well. Pls ur advise will be gigly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm really tryin to understand u here. Is it as a result of cough pls?
Anyway, on a general note, u cld avoid water or drinks that are too cold. Also avoid eatin foods dat will irritate ur throat. These vary with different individuals, like for me coconut will make me cough and affect my voice. So think of those things dat affect u dat way. Sleepin directly under the fan cld affect too so try to avoid dat. I hope i was able to help.
