A facility management company at Victoria Island is looking to hire experienced and hardworking candidates for the following roles urgently:

CIVIL ENGINEER
Experience in site supervision and arrangement
Handle and execute projects extremely well
Extensive CAD and AutoCAD experience
Bachelors and master’s Degree in Civil Engineering

HSE OFFICER
Review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments
Detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures

ALUMINIUM/ GLASS TECHNICIAN
Experience in aluminum and glass partition
Ability to install and maintain alco board

AC TECHNICIAN
Review blueprints and maintain air conditioning systems
Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency

ELECTRICIAN
Extensive experience in maintaining electrical panels and pumps
Fix and Troubleshoot cables

PLUMBERS
Experience in treating plants and water treatment

FIREALARM TECHNICIAN
Ability to install and maintain fire alarm equipments, FACP panel, FM200
Ability to operate and maintain access control

CLEANERS
This role is short-term (2-3 days)
Ability to clean a large space extremely well
