First of all Satan was busy in heaven attending to his duties as a Cherub he never contributed any opinion in the making of man. The one and only angel who contributed in the creation work is Michael (the archangel) he is the same person serving as God's spokesman both in heaven and on earth, that's why he is called the word of God and since he contributed in the Creation he is also referred to as a God! John 1:1 compare to Proverbs 8:22-31

Secondly Adam was a perfect creature just like angels, the only difference is he lives in flesh and blood just like other earthly creatures, but when talking of his ability to choose between right and wrong he was perfect!

There were millions of angels in heaven who were also nursing the idea of rebellion but all they needed is someone to ignite the intention in their figurative hearts.

So after Adam's death and Satan have succeeded in becoming the ruler of Adam's descendants on earth, he (Satan) went back to invite all those who were nursing the idea and they gladly followed him! Genesis 6:1-5

If you concluded that Adam can't resist Satan, what about his fellow angels? We're they lesser beings to Satan?

Adam had the right to choose whether he will continue being obedient to his father {Luke 3:32} or to rebel and become a God on his own.
For your information Sir, Adam is the greatest looser because he would have become like a God on earth. Why?
Because he will be serving as God's spokesman just like Michael the first angel, and every information from God will reach mankind through Adam!
He named all the creatures meaning it's whatever Adam calls those creatures that we his descendants will continue to call them {Genesis 2:19} therefore he will be the one to teach us all the rights and wrongs which Jesus (who later took Adam's position as our new father) came to do later! 1Corinthians 15:45
So what can stop Adam from serving as a God just as Jesus became in our midst?

Adam was like God in physical structure and eternal life not in Wisdom. Ancient Serpent Satan is very deceitful and that's why Jesus sent down his holy spirit to help man out when he is gone. Imagine Adam and eve with no such Spirit and Guardian angel?

Nothing happened when Eve ate the apple because maybe she was not there when the instruction was given.

Adam was PERFECT but all he needed to do is stick to his heaven father (the only source of wisdom) that was what made Jesus wise! John 8:28

Satan was just like any other creature, he is not wiser than anyone, he chose to be evil and since God created intelligent creatures with the ability to motivate or induce their kind, Satan speaks with deceit to anybody and those having his line of thought joins him!

He did the same thing to Jesus on earth thinking that Jesus (now having part of Adamic traits through Mary's blood can fall for his bait) {Matthew 4:1-11} Satan knew that people do change as in opinions and that through someone close to their hearts they can be lured into doing what they wouldn't have done {Matthew 16:13-23} so he never stopped tempting Jesus! Luke 4:13

Notice how Satan wanted to use Peter!

Jesus just asked a thought provoking question and Peter gave an excellent answer, Jesus confirmed that Peter was engineered by God's holy spirit in giving that answer, immediately Satan wanted to seize that opportunity to speak CONSOLINGLY with EMPATHY to Jesus through the same Peter!

As for Eve you are correct Sir, God never took her that serious since the information wasn't given directly to her, but Adam used the opportunity to rebel, after all he will not die alone!

Had it been he ate the fruit without Eve, it's possible God created another partner for her just as God did for Adam in the first place, Adam was also trickish in a sense!

Chop alone die alone will not work for him, so if God forgive Eve then he also must be forgiven but if God gets angry and decides to destroy everything, he (Adam) never existed in the first place so to him nothing spoil!

That's why God immediately told Satan in Adam's presence that Adam will die but some of Adam's descendants will make use of the provision he (God) will later give them, they will conquer Satan and death, and they will LIVE FOREVER! Genesis 3:15

Ever since then Satan have been striving to make sure that none of Adam's descendants gain God's approval but in some crusial cases he (Satan) failed woefully! Job chapter 1-2
