Hi! My spouse is a terrible snorer and it's so bad these days that I find it difficult to sleep at night. Do any one has ideas / tips on how to cure snoring because I don't want to start sleeping in a separate room from my spouse. |

Yes, snoring can be managed not cured. First an ear-nose-throat consult. Then a cardiovascular check-up to check for arteriosclerosis or sleep apnea. Snoring can signal a cardiovascular problem. . . Too much fat for one. |
