Most reputable companies in Nigeria seek the services of dragnet to cater for their human resource requirements. This assertion is more pronounced when these companies seek to fill "Trainee" positions. The implication of this, is that as a fresh graduate seeking employment, you're likely to come across them. Their recruitment process generally involves, initial shortlisting , aptitude test, accessment centers, and interviews.

It is however pertinent to note that, the most challenging stage is the "aptitude test", which is the essence of this thread. The nature of the questions, absence of calculators and time constraint all contribute in making it one of the most difficult exams to pass as a job seeker.

The purpose of this thread is for the elders of this forum, to please, proffer suggestions and insights, on how to emerge successful at this test.
