good day nairalanders,

i have seen farmlands available for rent @ 10k per plot per year,

will be planning to cultivate okro there.

for those who needs to startup farming here in lagos can really partner with me on this,
we are approaching the rainy season and we need to till the land to produce food.

i plan to use sack bags for this farming adventure after seeing how succesfully it is to grow crops with it.

farm labourers are on ground incase we need them to clear the land and make beds or ridges

its advisable to plant okro in ridges and not in beds,

one fact is that okro matures for harvest 2-3 months and can produce every 2 days for up to 3 months.

for those with low budget to startup a farm here in lagos can contact me on this lets make this work.

for farm survey and enquiries you are very much welcomed to come see the place and verify with your own eyes.

those abokis are really busy renting out the whole place for their native cultivation.

this people are wise and keep taking more spaces.
if there is no profit there why are they busy occupying the whole place.

the farm location is very close to trade fair market,
it only takes 20-30 minutes drive from the farm to this popular iyano-iba market

i have met with the farm agent incharge and he has shown me around for some available space.
so its left for me and my partner to pay and commence work immediately there.
no time to waist

indeed after we successfully setup the farmland,
then we are to know if we can acquire for more lands for farming there

please invest in farming this year and enjoy the benefits therein.

with a good startup capital we can really expand and take up more spaces and make good profits,
ugu leaf now is hot cake because with just only 10 beds of ugu leaf then you are in for a profit.

so also with okro, peppers, tomatoes and cucumber
we are to plan ahead which one we are to choose to start with first before expanding with others.
farming is the only investment that really pays because people must eat

buhari made things hard for us but still yet people must eat.
the population here in lagos is really big enough to consume millions of farm produce every single day.

why not partner with me on this and invest in farming today

do call me on 07041246325 for the farm visit
thanks

please pardon us for the low quality pictures,
we did use a small phone just to capture the land and some farm owners there

please you can really come for the tour of the farmland so you can see it urself.
i dont really have issues on trust.

lets partner and make farming a profitable venture for us

thanks for your understanding
cheers

Lets partner and make money through farming.

Anyone interested should call me for the farm tour.

This farmlands are majority been dominated by those northerners who see it fit getting farmlands there.

If you are a busy type and cant afford to travel down to ogun state to rent a land for farming and also to spend some days there.

Why not consider this offer.

The best thing that can happen to a farmer is having a farmland very much closer to the market.

Just some few minutes drive and you are into this popular iyano-iba market.

Although there are several different markets nearby,

and all this are places to sell your farm produce there faster.

At least we can cut down transport fair to the minimum,

for those targeting to startup farming this year why not consider and start from this one.

With just payment of 10k for a plot you are then really ready to go.

Mind you there are also many farmers who own different farmlands there and are doing well.

I spoke to some of the farmers and they directed me to the farm agent.

The man responsible in sharing out the land for those who are interested.

Just yesterday a woman paid and has commensed work there immediately,

there are serious clearings of lands to accomodate more potential investors and farmers.

There will be a time the land will be limited and there will be no more spaces again.

But i hope before then i should have seen a partner to claim a spot there.

The rains are showing signs to start falling and this is the time serious farmers are ready to commence their work of cultivating the land for some profits.

farmers biggest challenges are to startup a farmland.

But after all this they seems to be at ease when time for harvest reaches.

With just 5-10k we can pay for a borehole there to use for watering the plants,

dry manure is been sold #700 per bag there,
we can get like 5-7 bags

then we are to get this generator sets for pumping up the water, 26k-30k depending on the type and capacity

and also buy hose since this is just for a plot no need for drip irrigation yet,

maybe with time we will advance to using drip emmitters
just to cut expenses.

Also we are to pay for clearing of the land and make ridges or use sack bags.
Anyone of our choice that will be suitable for us will be decided after seeing the land.

Buying of seeds and insecticides/pesticides.

Should we go for organic pesticides or just the chemical once?

Only time will tell.

As for fertilizers i can create a liquid booster fertilizers we can be able to use for the plants.

To tell you there is nothing much about this farm startup.

All we need is just a co-operative measures thats all,

we are into this to make profits and to expand with time.

There are acres of lands in rural villages like ogun state but the cost of transporting farm produce here to lagos is indeed huge.

Why not take advantage by renting a farmland here in lagos and cultivate a crop that you can sell and move very much faster to the markets

indeed my 2 chains are pure gold!

thanks
Re: cheap Farmlands Available Here In Lagos with just 10k per year rent by my2chains(m): 8:19pm On Mar 13, 2020
One other thing that i forgot to say is that the farmland is not that far from my house.

Just 30-45 minutes treckable,

but if am to enter transport thats just some 10-20 minutes drive.

Farm works are better done in the morning so to rest in the afternoon and late evenings.

Or else some serious work or epidemic broke out from your farm or you have some serious analises and investigations to attend to by checking the plants.

Thats the only time you will spend more time in the farm.

Now i know this farming is indeed a serious business for the abokis.

All they know and do is just to farm crops and animals.

A aboki will consider himself very rich when he has many large numbers of cows and farmlands he owns.

The lower once lifestyles are to work under an alhaji.

The pot bellied man that will always keep traveling from one state to the other.

When you come looking for him they will tell you.

Alhaji don travel,
him no dey arround

but they are busy working for him

anyways any investor or should i say partner that will be interested in seeing the end of this should contact me on 07041246325 so we can talk,

we can even setup a tomato farm and put it on self watering mode for it to get watered on a daily basis without running arround for a water source.

All this are what am considering just to cut down expenses.

But i believe all this will work fine.

The self watering system i created and planted a tomato into it is really doing fine.
The last i watered it is just last week and am sure the water can stay 3 weeks before been refilled again.

Although the tomato is not yet ready for harvest but the crops are growing fine.

Do you know Jesus said that In my fathers house there are many mansions,
if it were not so i would have told you.

Just to tell you i have many options to choose from so to make this a success.

Maybe next after all this we will be considering hydroponics and greenhouse farming.

But do you know that there are very shorter mini greenhouses been built with bamboos and ropes?

Indeed now i know farming has surpassed using just only hoes and cutlass

cheers!

Re: cheap Farmlands Available Here In Lagos with just 10k per year rent by my2chains(m): 6:46am On Mar 14, 2020
I could remember last 3 years i came to this area this farmland started with just one aboki who cleared the land and started cultivating there to earn a living.

But now presently you can see multiple farms and their owners in serious works there every single day.

There is this available space the farm agent showed me and its only been filled with small grass.

So we been fast to pay for it would make us retain that place and even add any more available spaces to it.

There would be a time there would be no more space whereby if you need a land you will then be directed into the thicker bushes.

Although some people prefer those inner bushes because of its virginity.

A virgin land can produce well without any manure for years before been exhausted.

Indeed there are serious work going on there.

And i will again visit there today been saturday.

Maybe this time i will be snapping pics with an andriod phone.

The reason i used my small techno phone is because my android phone was down and off.

So i had no choice than to manage what i have then.

Anyways Lets see how today goes.

Saturday been weekends thats when you will see many of those farmland owners coming to work on their farm.

The farm agent even have a piece of land that he uses to cultivate yam.

Been a benue man its a must they should plant yam in their tradition before you consider adding it with any other farm crops.

That means a typical benue man must first plant yams before any other crops should follow.

Indeed what a tradition!

Anyways i first had plans to go look for space inside ojo barracks.

But the farmers keep on complaining about those soldiers and their given rules.

Sometimes its even hard to gain entry into the place or else you have this their gate pass.

I asked one farmer there and she said all this soldiers their wahala too much abeg.

So to me its better we avoid starting up a farm there for future reasons.

But the fact still remains that they are indeed making serious money there.

I dont know if its just a way for them to scare out new potential farmers.

Meaning someone who needed a land for farming will not get any because of fear of soldier wahala.

the thing is they majorly cultivate ugu, water leaf and bitter leaf.

And the worst part is that they dont really give out lands for rent.

If you need one you should buy it around 200k.

Thats if a present farmer there wants to stop or relocate to somewhere else,

thats when you will see a space for farming

Hmmm food for the thought!

Its better i just forget all about going inside there and really focus on where i will expand with time.

Not some place i will be limited just because there is no available space again.

Anyways my consideration is to startup with okro first.

Since its one of the easiest plants to grow with minimal maintanance.

One funny facts about okro i just withnessed made me put off my hat for it.

There are some of all this okro i planted somewhere and forgot about it.

The thing is that it was invaded by insects all because i planted it closer to swarmps.

And all this insect made sure there are no single leaf to be found in this okro.

But the amazing fact is that this same considered dead okro plant is still producing much every single day.

Those okro are still making me to be much confused because i just cant immaging how can a crop without its leafs still be producing?

Indeed God is great!

Someone told me ugu leafs dont like too much water.

You can water it 2 days interval before watering again.

So meaning ugu is not to be watered every single day.

Or else if you are growing ugu in sack bags then you can consider watering when you see the soil is dried out of moisture.

For those interested should make this a possibility and invest in this available farmlands.

The more the bushes gets cleared the more the land is been limited.

There shall be a time you wont see any available spaces here again because it would have been occupied with different farm owners.

Ugu is profitable now because there is no rain yet and some farmers depends on rains for their own type of farming.

Water leaf sells on a constant basis and the current prize per bag is still #2,500.

Water leaf matures for harvest in just 3 weeks.

As for bitterleaf.
The farmers there are making a kill from it.

One stress i have noticed about farming is the watering process.

If you can provide a way in watering your plants then you surely would have cut down your expenses and time delay to 85%

with drip irrigation you can really water your crops at once and much more faster than using hose and standing in one spot for hours all because of watering your plants.

Hmm, we need new ideas to be able to implement what all this whites are now doing.

There is this new advanced technology for growing crops called indoor farming.

That uses led lights to grow foods vertically.

This people are really far more advanced than we africans.

Because we only hope on rains and sunlight
Re: cheap Farmlands Available Here In Lagos with just 10k per year rent by my2chains(m): 11:47am On Mar 16, 2020
The rains are here.

There are Still spaces available for farming.

For those of you staying in lagos arround mile 2 axis or around okokomaiko can come get this,

you know lands in lagos state are really limited except you can go rent up a land that is been left fallow without been used by the owner for years.

Lets partner together on this to grow vegetables and earn some income.

You can contact me today for the farm tour and visit
07041246325

mind you the farmland is located close to trade fair complex market.

Incase you are staying far and wont be chanced to come work on the farm daily,

just know that i will be there to do all that for you.

From watering to applying manures and pesticides.

Just imaging owning a big farmland here in lagos without going to ogun state to buy or rent a land.

Also Just imagine the transportation cost you have cut down to minimum from transporting your produce all the way from ogun state to lagos here where the market is,

indeed just imagine starting up a test farming project with this just one plot of land For those who are planning to invest huge on farming.

Its never enough reading and seeing how profitable farming vegetables is online without ever practicing it in real life.

Hmm only the bold hearted will succeed making a move on this.

While the faint hearted will only come online here to see the results of real engaging farmers.

I have found out farming with time can really make you finnancially free without working for any government or private organisations.

Whether you are educted or not you can still really make good amount of money through farming.

thanks!
Re: cheap Farmlands Available Here In Lagos with just 10k per year rent by my2chains(m): 12:01pm On Mar 16, 2020
I will recommend planting of ugu leafs, okro, pepper, tomato, or cucumber there

this crops are profitable in the long run.

Cucumber matures for harvest from 6 weeks after planting and has the ability to tripple up your investments every given season.

Ugwu and okro also are profitable.

Guess what the dwarf okro that i planted last year are still much producing uptill now.

Even without applying any pesticides and manure to it.

This things just find their way to grow even if you dont really take care of them as much as you can.

You can be surprised too much watering of plants can cause stunted growth or diseases.

Like tomato plants.
It only needs to be watered 2-3 times in a week.

Too much rainfall and water will make the tomato plants not to produce well.

So its advicable you build a mini greenhouse with bamboos and ropes for it.

Now i know Indeed we learn new things everyday.

Is the land in question not in the area where the recently reported explosion just happened?

i really thank God for the gift of life,

yes its close to the area the explotion took place.

I went there this morning and the lands are still intact.

Then went to the side the explotion took place just to see huge buildings been collapsed to pieces.

But anyways the farmers came to work today and where busy working.

The deed is done,
and people needs to stay alive to thank the lord for his mercy upon their lifes.

The farmland is closer to that trade fair area does not mean it got exploded too.

Its a 5-10 minutes walk to those areas the blast really took place.

The farmlands are safe bro

Cheers!

Good day. Nice one! I have some questions for you, might be interested in your venture though distance might be a barrier for me (island)

Have you started actual cultivation or still waiting for a partner that can pay and secure the land?

Can see you have some book knowledge in agriculture. Have you successfully planted, harvested and sold any crop/vegetables before now?

waiting for clear pictures from an android phone

i now have a clearer pictures of the farmland but to upload it here is just hard,

dont know why it fails to upload.

I have a young okro farm and the seeds are just germinating,

but i have grown okro in a small piece of land multiple times only for eating purposes with some been sold to neighbours,

in just a day for harvest i sell more than 500 naira but i never intended to make it a commercial big business,

but now i want to go into it big time and i really needs partners

the farm is already been paid for but the process of buying manures and to power the generator sets to pump water daily is just the deal,

still pay for maintenance of the farm like clearing of weeds and some other things.

The best thing is for you to just create time for yourself to come down here to see by yourself.

I will show you the whole farm if you want to.

Just make sure you come with your android phone for snapping purposes,

but the thing is that those abokis dont like people snapping them.

Anyways its left for you but as for me am already on this and no going back.

So help me GOD!

Cheers!

Sorry for not posting pictures here,

one thing about farming is that its capital intensive.

If you are not ready to invest heavily on it then you are really sure of making no profits.

But when the gains start coming then you will know that farming is sweet.

But for the start you will have to pay heavily.

The returns are good if only you can endure and have good farm management

as for the lease of farmland here,
the offer is now closed.

we are no longer leasing again because the place is now occupied
thanks for ur understanding.
It pains me i did not upload pictures but with time will do that so those who do not believe can see with their own eyes

as at now am in the farm typing all this now in hot sun

sun no dey kill person o!
But will only change ur skin colour

please note this offer is closed!
cheers!
