I can say the pros and cons of some banks to an extent. When I tell people to open union bank the next thing I hear is "that old bank, it's for old people" then I laugh

Oh, you think all these banks have a contractor and gets candidate for them... They just employ you directly whilst giving it another name and terms of conditions. For uba contract staff, you undergo the recruitment process under UBA. All interviews and test are been conducted by UBA. They don't get candidate from any contractor.

Emefiele is probably the luckiest CBN governor till date having witnessed the last part of GEJ tenure where money flows freely and deals were the order of the day. Now, his humility to Samaila Isa Funtua and other members of the cabal got him appointed CBN governor for the second term.

Everybody knows at the end of the tenure, Emefiele is no longer Jim Ovia boy but partner. Emefiele is about to make Zenith Bank a Big, Strong and Reliable Bank. That is a partnership that works. Who knows, Emefiele might later become the Chairman of the new bank.

That's not a sign of trouble. That's the way most banks are going now, no tellers papers to fill.

Heritage are having issues with the CBN.... Managerial incompetency, maladministration, dipping hands in coy funds, spending unnecessarly are all contribute to their decline hence, the need for a merger

It's not happening....& I don't believe it ....
Union is super strong ...Trust me they have stood, fought and came out reliable ....

That Union Bank is strong does not mean it does not want to grow bigger and stronger by merging with another bank like Zenith.

No teller doesn’t mean they are broke.Stanbic banks makes you write the name of the person and account number on a pice of paper or you give the information orally. Once you have you receipts as evidence of deposit, you are fine.

No be lie. In 2014 obtained access to my late dad's accounts after getting relevant docs. All the other banks went smoothly but Union kept giving one issue or the other till I just got frustrated and left them.

As I speak the money is still there - over 6 years now.
