Hi, which channel can I use to complain about EKEDC marketing staff trying to reap me off. There think I'm rich so they come up with all types of fines and bogus bills to meet their target. I need to know how and where to make a complaint about this, thanks.

Write your complaint to EKEDC and copy NERC. If there is no action from them, then you can now quote your former letter and write direct to NERC and copy them back. nERC is in-charge of regulations but a complaint must first pass through your electric distributor company...shalom
