Which of the past epidemics had shaken the world this much? During ebola epidemic.I travelled to holland in 2014. I was only handed a flier on arriving Amsterdam, which contained information about precautions to be taken in case one had visited a burial site, ebola patients in the last 10 days or more before entering holland. Can you tell me of one...which caused airports to be shut down, matches suspended indefinitely, people working from home, flight cancelled and economy in serious bad shape, wealthy men dying? All these places are shut down so as to curtail the spread of the virus and nothing more. We don't mind shutting down all these things(including Jehovah and Allah's houses) for two good months in order to speedily combat the virus. Don't you think it's even better to shut down Jehovah's house in order to prevent human from infecting him with COVID-19 provided that himself hasn't contracted it already.

Since you were born, have you heard of closure of embassies, airports, cancellation of football matches, flights, ban on govt officials from travelling , shutting down of schools globally, etc simultaneously as a result of an epidemic? The whole hysteria is due to the mode of transmission of the virus. It is a respiratory virus and is spread through respiratory droplets which can easily pass from one person to another. If it were blood borne infection, the transmission rate would have been minimal and perhaps there wouldn't be much concerns

Okay, in six months time when this virus would have been well controlled, I will ask you to repeat this babble. Then next year around this time, I will ask you to swallow your words. Even Spanish Influenza that infected 500 million people couldn't stop the world from existing, not to talk of Corona Virus which is occurring when science and medicine has highly developed.

the scientists are thriving yet countries keep shutting down facilities and offices, forcing people to stay at home...what a word of encouragement by someone who sees a reality staring him in the face but still pretending as if everything is fine. I'm short if words. I've never seen it so scary and worrisome globally in the history of world epidemics. Not even during the world wars.

I'd only urge Christians, to not see this as a strange occurrence because bible has recorded it , including people like you who would see this as normal. Any pastor who is relying on scientists is a fake one because many religious leaders already know what this means

The few local cases were said to have either been drivers who were always driving the index cases around under a chilling AC and partners who lodged in a hotel for days under a chilling AC...their cases were presumably tied to the cold to which they've subjected themselves
