Due to the current outbreak of the convid 19 virus, Most states in the country have put up measures to ensure its spread as well as the protection of its citizenry but the have ignore to implement the Nigerian quarantine act of 1926....you can all see it below:

“The Quarantine Act of 1926 permits governors to take necessary measures to keep residents safe in the absence of any presidential pronouncement,” Mr Mahmud said. “But it also required that residents who are locked at home must be fed by the government, which many state governors are reluctant to do.

my question now is what are they waiting for to implement this act?
