Brake in and blast out is a lot safer. Can't be boring if you are on the edge. If you brake too early, you lose momentum, if you brake too late, you end up in the bush or somewhere undesirable.
Drifting is borderline loss of control. On a highway with unexpected potholes and oncoming vehicles, that's banging on the grim reapers door.

Bucket list, build a race track on several acres of land, teach drifting with own cars.

No armored vehicle grin

But I’m working on making her Rubicon worthy. This month was changing front driveshafts, front shocks/springs, ball joints and bushings in the front end

I’ve always been a shade tree mechanic so I’m good with Nigeria though I have full tools. I’m deliriously happy in that picture.

If one wants to recreate USA style living in Nigeria then it’ll take serious coins. Me I’m not working again so have to stretch my money.

I think one has to come up with the off grid living in a desert,
solar and battery,or wind turbine
Well, reservoir, booster pump to maintain water pressure
All adding up to about $8000 minimum..

For the sport car, the cheapest you can get is a Mustang GT, but if you really just want to manage it get the Mustang Ecoboost manual with about 300hp. Nothing that good and powerful comes cheaper

If by very good luck you find a Miata get it

Do you intend to build the karts or buy them, if you gonna build it what kinda engine do you intend to use, that will give the feeling of sport??

I'll import mostly from the USA. I believe that once the hobby starts then local folks will be able to manufacture locally.

In regards to feeling of sports, shifter karts are easily the kings of autoX tracks and some can easily do high mph while you're sitting 2 inches from the floor. It is fast.

But boss GAZZUZZ it'll be nice if we actually still have a race track that we can drift with our bimmers not with go karts. Unless you intend to design and build go karts, which I'd be much interested in.

Better off with specially designed race cars with safety roll kit installed.

What an analogy grin

But i wouldn't try negotiating bends with an SUV at 120, never will.

I have gone way faster in a Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG. Fast enough to have lost my license.

It really depends on the bend thier are bends and there are bends, " bend get grade"

The Navigator isn't just any SUV it packs a punch in the suspension area and the steering isn't your average one, it has a special lock position mechanism that stops understeer or oversteer.

But all things being equal, every vehicle is a machine and has limit if you try to re-write laws of physics you will end up in a bad place no matter how overengineered the vehicle is

The Navigator is essentially a Ford Expedition with upgrades.

The air suspension is not like the Cayenne and or the Range Rover. It's not set up for performance driving on tarmac.

Not sure which year model you are talking about but it's still a truck. Anybody driving that briskly through corners, has a "DEATH WISH"
