On Sunday, President Buhari announced a lock down in Lagos and Ogun States and also the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Buhari made the announcement after Nigerians thought for long that the President was 'hiding'. The President made the announcement saying that the lockdown was due to the raging super pandemic that was taking over the whole world.
