Kindly advice me I'm about getting my first car on a budget of 550-600k (naija use) max. I love d Accord 04 and equally a Camry fan... Auto gurus please advice me in terms of ruggedness, maintenance and all assumed expenses i might incur.

Camry please. That particular accord is known for ball joint problems

Accord anything anyday. Camry wey to steal am na akara. Ball joint isn't issue. U take care of ur car with original parts u r good to go

04 Accord is bae. I use it for Uber services.

A friend haa one for sale but u will need to fix the AC 550k

Honda has a good interior with a lovely dashboard
With reflections of dashboard light compare to Toyota camries.demerit of Honda is that it could disappoint you any day anytime on the high way or while going to ur in-law’s place.always prone to having gear problems.

Toyota Camry in the 1998 and 2003 has a strong body.
No matter how the legs are bad it won’t tear compare to Honda Accord.engine and gear is forever wen servicing proper compare to Honda.

Honda V6 and Camry V6 are very strong any day any time,they don’t have plug problems.

In terms of horse-power movement Honda is at its peak compare to Camry of same year.

On the road of Lagos today you will see Camry 19 to 2002 close to 100 in a day

While you will see accord honda like 30 on the road.

In the north Honda is their cars

Benin Warri yoruba land Igbokand likes Camry and Corolla

Honda could be sold cheap while Camry cannot be sold cheap even of the same year.they can sell Honda 2007 for 800k while Toyota 07 can never but times 2.

So @op all this cars are good depends on how you manage service and maintain them..

Lastly in terms of second hand value Toyota any day anytime good luck

Sorry posting that car does means am saying it’s better than the EOD someone wanna sell for you.go for the EOD it’s a good car as well which I elongated the fact for you.this Camry is 700k thanks sir

This are not problem,but mere repairs

Because they do not stopped the car from going from Lagos to another state.
So far so good I d prefer you choose the EOD just go there with a good technician.

@Kaybaba fault include engine seat makes noise...Tie rod and shock absorber... Shock abs is 18k flat cos its sold in pairs...give or take budget like 40k including servicing and oil change...and he wants to sell 700k...fear God ooh bro

Please I dont need your analysis on how much the they sells shorks
You can buy your own shorks 18k while others buys theirs for 10k provided the springs of the car is good,he has called me and I have expantiated the whole issues,why coming here making the whole nairalanders feels as if one is bad.
If you buy a car won’t you serviced the car before.so why adding those ones to the cost sales of the car.
Please buy what your budget goes for,and stop acting as if it a must to buy a car.
At least golf 3 is there,Honda baby boy is there and the likes of others.
