You people just say anything that comes to your mind without thinking it through.
He'll win in court, didn't he read and sign the accepted the terms and conditions before applying.
Even banks are not giving extension and you're saying another thing

Stop throwing tantrums I no be bully, just letting you know those people got families too and they are Nigerians, they didn't have to give anybody a loan but they did so With an agreement to pay back at a particular period of time, so if you think the virus is not affecting them think again.a normal human being with conscience and sense will not demand for extension like it's his/her right cos guess what you read the terms before you applied.
What you can do is to pen a letter to them explaining to them your situations and how you're affected by the current events, then respectfully beg them to give you an extension.

The extension ought to be automatic for all loan apps until after the pandemic. Other countries have given strong directives on all loans of such. It is also a form of palliative.

It can't be automatic. Check their Facebook page. Some are even taking loans to do business (I don't know what business locally I guess with all what's going on)

Some states are still business as usual.

And others like salary earners are asking for the extension. Each man with his own journey.
Some are even angry that their loans is reduced.

What they asked is simple. Send us a mail if you want an extension. They didn't say they are not giving you

are you talking about branch? they do not respond to mail from the app. yet they keep on sending SMS threatening to report. they should extend by default automatically and not to add any other fees as it is in all other country.

Some of these loan apps are outright mean and have no joy for anyone. I am also affected by the loan repayment thing and they have been bombarding my phone with threatening calls and text messages, they even sent text messages to my contacts. I seriously don't know what to do cos I genuinely have no means of getting the money due to the pandemic, and this is actually the first time I am defaulting, also due to the pandemic. They simply won't listen or consider, have tried sending them mails but to no avail. Federal Government or CBN seriously needs to interfere in the matter because the next option now is robbery.

I collected loan of 10k from branch in November and it was due December 5. I managed to pay some percentage of it and not long after I lost my phone.. it took me almost two months to repay them the full loan.. they threatened to report me to credit bureau and after paying it I asked them if they reported me, they said no. And they still give me loan options after 7 days. 10k and 15k. I no borrow abeg

Guy make sure you don't get reported to credit bureau o. Not because of 10k you won't be able to borrow again in the country. Any other lender that you will go to will check for your name with credit bureau before giving you loans. You can try other Instant online loan in Nigeria
