It's often said that the Corona Virus has no known Cure yet ,but how about those treated and recovered and Tested Negative ? Another school of thought says Virus cannot be cured in the body but symptoms can be managed .My question is How come People that were tested Positive before after Treatments shows Negative I thought they should still test Positive while the symptoms are no more .Please Help Clarify .

The body cures itself and expels the virus but it takes time. Meanwhile u need to keep the patient alive while the body is doing it’s work. U keep the patient alive by treating the symptoms and by putting them on ventilator when they can barely breathe on their own.
