1) Avoid been bored and idle
2) Get a GF who is keen on no sex till marriage (difficult)
3) If you are a religious person... Get immersed in studying the Holy books
4) Pray and fast more than ever

Having repented, one major way is to fear God and always flee temptations... If we are humble: God will give us grace to overcome, AND we've got to DO the 'Fleeing'; it's a command, God won't do that for us.

FLEE! How would a person being chased by a tiger run? We've got to be serious to overcome addictions by God's grace, so as not continue in circles of sins.

It is three weeks now I am without sex. Me that can't stay without sex for two days cuz I have series of women that are ready to satisfy me so long I need it.
