Plz help post dis on d front page. The atitude of mobile networks service provider customer care(excldn etisalat) is unbecoming and insulting. How can one be spending hours b4 beign attended 2 by dis so called customer care reps. I've spent close to 2hrs on phone without beign attended to and i'm asure the representatives are there probably gossipin and poke nosin. Then when dey charge for customer care call, u get thru once but now u spend hours tryin 2 get thru and more hours 2 get attnded to dats if u re attnded to at all. Its high time dey stopped dis rubbish. If it doesnt favour dem dey shld please reintroduce d charges. NCC Plz luk into dis.

Hey guyz let me help u out.you know mtn has a large number of users who need to be attended to so to pass through the opstacle of having to wait 4 long to be attended,all u need is to change ur language to your dialet or u can chose pigin or french,it doesn't matter if u really understand the language once they answer you reply them in english.i use this and it works for me,they don't even waste time in answering.

It's old news. I myself have stopped calling customer care. So i now figure things out for myself
