I need legal advice on how to address the issue I am having with my employer. Have anyone successfully sued his or her employer.

Yes! You can sue your employer byt you had better have a good legal team and a solid case if you are suing a bank...These are important because they will 'counter-sue' to save their image.
Innoson vs GTbank is a valid example of how a bank will sue you in return.

What documents do I need to prove my case?I have worked with them for twelve years ,no promotion. 4years,I was on half salary then 3times I was on maternity leave,my 9 months salaries were not paid and on what grounds can one sue her employer?
