Jumia After 2 Months Ban on my Jumia One Account Unblocked my account Yesterday Evening and took all the hard-earned N22k I earned through their Jumia One Referral Program.

I've been on this case with them since Late February 2020, i saved the money i earned through referral because i needed to purchase a product, they banned my account that month with no reason, i couldn't login, so i contacted them via email and they said i should send National ID or any means of identification, i sent National ID, Birth Certificate and also my School ID, they said they will give me feedback.

Every week i kept contacting them about the feedback via their Jumia One Phone Number - +234(127)72366 and they kept telling me to be patient that i will get feedback, one i called during that time, i asked the customer care if they will touch my money, she said no.

I had to contact them on Jumia Facebook after the number wasn't working again because they said corona virus made their service offline. After disturbing Jumia on Facebook, they finally unblocked my jumia one account only for me to find out they scammed me and took all my 22k i suffered for.

Please if you work with jumia tell them to give me back my money, i will not let my money go like that by these scammers!

I have said it before and I'll say it again, jumia are legal scammers.
I knew this when they started selling rn8pro for 102k and fake ice jewelery for 5k angry
Get a lawyer and sue them for gross incompetence and mismanagement of funds.
By the time they receive a court order they'll be the ones calling you.

Sueing isn't expensive he should see this as an investment.
500k is enough and if he wins he could cash out with 2-10m

Going by their terms and conditions..
Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do about it as they reserve the right to terminate your voucher at their own discretion.. shocked

Jumia is a scam company

I have worked in their customer service at Yaba. They wouldn't pay you your complete salary or would slash your overtime bonus. I quit.

Now selling on Jumia, they would be deducting your money anyhow, when you complain. They would start telling you c.ock and bull story.

Last time, they violated my item and destroyed it, I haven't received Payment for the return item.

Call out their name on their Twitter handle , Facebook page anytime they post. I

If u didn't do anything wrong, then drag them on Twitter. Tag FCCPC, Tunde Irukera and other influencers, they would take it up.

Guy, fight it to the end. Let them give you reason for withdrawing your money.
If you are at fault, then you count your losses, if they are, they'll compensate you.
That's how it is done in a saner environment.
You have the right to appeal.

Jumia doesn't produce all the items on their site, beware of products like GENERIC or hoot and the likes

Appeal... by the time they refer you to their terms and conditions. You will then see something like SECTION B, pag. 1 "we have every right to remove or confiscate funds etc, or we have every right to block and unblock bla bla bla... funniest thing is you'll have to accept their terms and conditions b4 using them.
