I remembered when I told people about this virus that they are not as deadly as people think but it's highly contagious,some think I was talking shit
It's survival rate is higher than its mortality rate
it's only deadly for people that have health issue, old age people and people with poor immune system
It's a goodnews from all isolation center ....... I'm sure coronavirus will be something of the past in the next few weeks

So the #10billion from the Federal Government to Lagos state is not part of acting. Or can you act on corona without money to build equipments and pay workers? The Federal Government
and most donors knows that Lagos state is the only serious state fighting the corona physically compare to others and one particular state near Lagos where the governor tested himself, declared himself positive of corona and later declared himself negative of corona after five days and want the Federal Government to assist his state with fund to curtail corona.

so in your thinking Lagos is acting independent of the FG. You need to think seriously again. The funds, equipment, testing is done by who? There is no separate efforts here in the fight against Corona virus. The FG and states are working together

There is politics in this thing. How come the states with only one patient refuse to discharge that patient? I think they intentionally want to be in that list of affected states to get some monetary gains.
