Hello Nairalanders there's a very important feature on your Android 9.0 and Android 10 devices. I realised that only few Android 9 and Above users make use of the feature hence the need to write on it.

So Instead of only being able to rest your device to factory settings, this new feature in Android 9.0 and above offers you the ability to reset different options on your phone.

So if any aspect of your Smartphone is misbehaving you no longer have to use the factory reset. I will explain briefly on how these options work.

The options available are:

1. Reset WiFi , Mobile and Bluetooth : This option is useful if you're having problem with your mobile network, Wifi and Bluetooth connections.

2. Reset apps preference : You can make use of this option when you're having issues apps permission, apps notifications and default application actions. Basic all applications related problems. You won't lose any app data using this option.

3. Reset all system settings: What this option does is to reset all system settings on your Smartphone including time, language , display and sounds.

4. Factory Data Reset : This option erase all the data on your Smartphone and restore it to factory settings.

How To Access The Options On Your Smartphones.

Launch your settings App
Scroll down and choose System
Tap on Reset options

Use any of this option with caution.
