Groundnut soup. It helped me a lot back in the days. It's very sweet and goes perfectly with fufu and garri. I don't know the prices of everything you need but for one week @3k, na you go tire coz 2k will be enough.

,you don't need to put all the ,,3k on one week soup .it may ferment.sour or loose taste.just split it into two 1.5k for 3days.and go for ogbono200.okro200.ugu 100.pepper and oil 150.meat 600 etc
