I need an urgent assistance in treatment of parvo. I just observed the symptoms in my 4 months old puppy this morning. I have called the vet and he asked me to get:
Amoxyl beecham syrup
Metronidazole syrup

Na wa ooh.... Coronavirus everywhere dey kill people, Parvovirus everywhere dey kill dogs. I just pray you should not loose your dog, Parvo is a very serious problem ooh and please do everything possible for your puppy.

The vet gave her (kim) two injections and one drip this morning. He also administered antibiotics and others drugs . He instructed I watch the dog closely and give the drugs later in the evening while he check up tomorrow again to examine. The vomiting and stooling has stopped for now but the dog looks so weak and not active in any form.

My brother I tire ooooooo. Thanks to Vincentjk's who has since been supportive and following up on the treatment procedures. I hope we pull through successfully.

You could administer egg yolk using syringe, yoghaut or papa

Yeah, I gave her pap using the syringe. Mainwhile the vet visited today to administer a drip and also gave some injections. Im also giving her glucose with water.

She/he will be fine, just continue the treatment till she/he becomes strong enough

Update on Kim
Another vet handled the treatment for days. Daily administring drips and injections for 5 days. On day 7 of treatment , she showed some signs of improvement. Getting better now but still trying to regain her appetite.

Tragically, my landlord lost his dog today due to neglects. The dog has minor bruises on her body and was sprayed with a mix of pest insecticide. Unfortunately the dog died few mins into treatment.

Having a mixed feelings ... On one hand I'm happy my dog is getting better and on the other, felt so bad we lost a very healthy and active dog.
