Oluwo Used To Beat Me, Threatened Me With 'JUJU' – Olori Chanel Akanbi Cried Out

The Story of OLORI CHANEL AKANBI (Born Chanel Michael Chin) is a sad reality of life.

Five months ago, her former husband, the very controversial Iwo king in Osun State (South West Nigeria), Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi announced across both conventional and social media that he has sacked his beautiful Olori characterized her stay behind the closed door of the palace.

Can l ask if you have listened to the interview she granted, Part 1 and Part 2, on IgbereTV channel onYoutube?
It was really disgusting.

Granted, this Oluwo Akanbi of a guy is a reflection of monarchy gone to the dogs and Aregbesola should be held responsible for bringing such a criminal and useless figure to the throne. He is everything a monarch should never be.

Having said that, everyone needs to be very, very wary of this Chanel Chin girl!
She is pure evil and is trying to sow discord between many Royal fathers, just to get at the Oluwo.
If she is not treated with a very long Pole, she will cause serious enmity between various Obas in Nigeria.
She is instigating them against each other and the need to not take her bait
.

Also, this woman is one of the smoothest liars l have ever listened to!
The way she smoothly weaves the lies, makes the face and tries to garner sympathy and act like an innocentee in the whole drama, is breath-taking.
One second she was saying she knows every Yoruba that matters in canada and she is vey close to them, next moment she says she is all alone and does not know anybody or anything about Yorubas or their culture.m
One moment she is boasting that she has "money" while living in Canada, as a Canadian-born (that means she has a gurranteed accomodation, welfare benefit and now child benefit income, not to mention that she brought herself to Nigeria with her own money), next minue she is lamenting that she has no place to stay in Canada and she would die of hunger if she goes back to Canada!

The interview was so full of contradictions and bare-faced lies, that l would advise her to delete it because it will be her greatest ondoing, in her quest for revenge on that Akanbi fool.
Come and see the way she was insulting the women of Osun state, she called them Dirty Cockroaches! angry
That alone, makes me dislike this woman, what a nerve!
Barrister (Mrs) Falana is not a magician and she cant legalise a marriage that is not under the Act, especially for a man with three previous wives. undecided
She is even twisting the story of how she met the Oluwo, perfecting a plan to setup the fool for Rape Charges! That woman is evil

Now, Akanbi has been shown in two separate Videos, one is where he was wrapping Weed in his 'Palace' grin and the recording was "secretly done" by this woman, who claimed to be his wife!
The second video also "secretly recorded" by the same woman, showing Oluwo Akanbi confirming that he used to do Credit Card fraud in the past but says it is not Yahoo Yahoo.
This ChinChan of a woman has released both videos online and one must wonder what manner of a "WIFE" does that to her husband and father of her child?
Any wife that can do that, can poison the husband, not to mention the fact (by her own admission in the interview) that she was "linking back" with two of her former lovers, using Social media to connect to them and demanding to know where they would be based, when they return to Nigeria for last Christmas, likely for a secret romp and plan how to murder the husband.

No wonder the Oluwo kept screaming that she wanted to kill him. That is how husband killers start, with the aid of their lover.
Good thing is she was not legally married to the Oluwo, this Gold-Digger who keeps shouting that her son is the CROWN PRINCE ( grin Abeg, l cant laugh, for a man who has eight children with three wives already grin ) will do any evil, to get her son to be a future king.
How are we even sure, without a DNA, that the child belongs to the Oluwo, afteral it was an unplanned pregnancy and it could have been there all along, waiting to be laid on a "rich Nigerian King". grin grin
She thought she has hit Gold, not knowing that the Oluwo na real crase man, original guy man.
Imagine her claiming that she wanted to be treated like the wife of the Ooni, this useless tramp?

The Oluwo needs to first do a DNA test of that child and then find a way to take care of his son (if it turns out to be his) without letting this Gold-digger of a lazy bum get any benefit from springing a child on him.
She should go back to Canada or go get a factory work in one of the Chinese Companies in Nigeria

BTW, the Videos were about an hour long each and that IgbereTV anchor Reporter is really star-struck and was acting like a cursed Paparazzi. grin grin

Yoruba kings are not finding it easy keeping foreign wives or wife from other tribe.

They usually end relationship with their spouses either by way of divorce or separation.

E.g current Oni of Ife and the Oluwo of Iwo.

There are quite a few host of relationship that ends up unannounced.

The foreign ideology of ONE WIFE, is at variance with the Yoruba culture, especially that of a Traditional Ruler.
Any woman that thinks she can force a traditional ruler into having her as his only wife is just going to end up mentally disturbed.
The Gods will not allow it. grin

Big scam. Besides she met him on her very first visit to naija with her naija friends shortly after he became king. He dazzled her with kingship not knowing all na mouth. He asked her to stay back and be his wife the second day after sleeping with her when she was passed out drunk. King Elegushi introduced them.

If you listen to the video, they had a conversation first, he convinced her that he would "spoil her and take care of her", before they had a good Bleep. She never refused. She just was too greedy, even if we are to go by her story.
That is not a situation of a lady who was "passed out drunk" and slept with.
I know she (and maybe you) and working on a theory of RAPE but it will not stick.

5th page nobody will probably read this but I feel for the lady, she should have known what she was getting herself into, a little background research and digging would have done it, but the guy didn't try at all, why beat her? He has the money Why not provide solar in the palace for her and the baby to be entertained, arrange trips, tours to zoos, measeum beach etc things to keep her busy and if you must cheat why not do it far away from her even if she's hearing rumours but didn't see it first hand and with the palace 13 year old maid for that matter hmmm it's bad na.

I believe her she has recordings, videos and pictures and her story makes sense it adds up.
If the guy had done just this 3 things he'd have still enjoyed himself while the lady will be relatively ok it would never have gotten to this.

But that's the negative part of a young 20something year old marrying a 51 year old man he sees you as a pesky child not as a partner not to talk of Equal partner.

It's a pity the rest of us can only learn from this as what not to do.

How come you swallowed everything she said, even when it doesnot make sense?
And l bet you did not hear the part where she said she was accused of adultery and planning a romp with her ex-boyfriends
This is a marriage that should never have happened, if not for her greed.
And a Yoruba Oba cannot cheat because he is entitled to as many wives as he can Bleep.
Calling it cheating shows that you are naive.
Dont marry an Oba, if you want to be the sole wife.
Go and ask Oni of Ife, Aalafin of Oyo, Olubadan of Ibadan, Akiolu of Lagos, etc

You think sef use your head is it everybody you allow into your room? Then imagine allowing someone into your body for many years and then it gets to this, your reputation is tarnished, your resale value has dropped in the eyes of other suitors, you now have extra mouth to feed the new suitor has to consider that too and then consider your ex as well and the crazy stories and tales that may have come out as a result of all that ofcourse it's going to be hard to move on. Especially if you claimed you lived the guy or even if you loved his money you'll have to get use to living without the cash and living worse off than he first met you

Excuse upon Excuses!
Now, will all this dirty interviews and bad-mouthing bring all those things back to her?
Best option is to move-on.
Thousands of solid people have re-packaged themselves after their divorce and are living an even better life.
Infact, some are wondering why they need not meet their new spouse first, instead of the nightmare they left behind.
It is only someone, (Man or woman) without good intrinsic value, that will be unable to move-on and think vengeance is their only way out of a failed marriage.
Well, l understand the "cash" part, Gold Diggerscan accomodate such loss of investment grin grin

Nice thoughts but that’s not how it works.

1) They’re married too short for her to qualify for alimony. Even if she got a sympathetic judge it will still be limited.

2) Failure to pay alimony is not a reason to be banned entry. It’s not a criminal offense.

The reason why she’s jumping around like a scalded cat is that she actually has no way to legally hurt him.

The allegations that he beat her, smoked marijuana, slept with housemaid are just per for the course in a divorce grin

Too much sense!

Hhmm... To be a woman there in Africa must be a difficult life. Women endure a lot mainly cause the society will always support the men folk and shame them if they quite. Your comment is a clear example of that... if she complains publicly on the first disagreement, you will call her names for not being able 'manage' her home. If she endures and only narrates the story when it's blown out of control, you'll still say she was enjoying only to come up with stories when things turned bad. Men are never wrong. They just move on with no blame. It's alright.

Men too have their own sad stories to tell but they have LEARNED that crying like a River does not solve a problem, it only makes it worse.
Men have learnt to ENDURE their own pains in silence, that is why they are not asking for any leg-up from women...unlike most women. undecided undecided

I don't doubt you any bit. But you see, you don't tell people how to express sadness. It's not a crime to cry; if anything, it's natural. But that's not even the point. The fact that the woman gets all the shame when the marriage is broken is enough for her to cry an ocean. She's the one struggling to explain the situation to a judgemental world, a world where it is a grave sin to leave your husband. The man need not say a word; nobody calls him out for not being able to manage a home. His atrocities are excused or completely buried cause "men will always be men". Use this NL for example, without knowing the story behind the breakup, you'd already see statements like "women are so unpredictable", "what you get when you marry olosho", "why can't women of today stay in marriage?", etc.. It practically falls on the woman to clear her name in such a situation.

Try re-watching the interview. You'd notice she loves him and is somewhat afraid for herself (life) considering his threats. Juxtapose what she said with the Oluwo's past behaviour and mien (including when he beat up a fellow King that was condemned by the Alake of Egbaland). Remember also that a Deji of Akure was deposed for beating his wife. I would advise the Oluwo to be very careful...which is why I suggested he placates this woman. It does not pay him in the long run to always be in the news for negative reasons.
