Lots on your plain mind bruh . You think too much , you have to reduce the rate at which you think about stuffs . Too much thinking always caused it , if you can reduce the rate at which you think about things ( problems ) I promise it will reduce and stop totally with time . A friend of mine had that issue years back in the uni
