drgica74: Very wrong sir. A toyota spyder is a different car entirely. OP- the real name of the car is Toyota Spyder MR2 it is a car which somewhat resembled the Porsche Boxster, I'll attach a picture for you

beecrofty: x2 A number of convertible coupe are called spyder eg Eclipse Spyder, but spyder is another name given to a convertible roadster(2 seat 2 doors) |

Well, you maybe right but Toyota Spider in Nigeria Palance is a PET name for Toyota Camry from 2007 UP. Just Like we have Pet names like Honda hala, honda babyboy, honda bullet,toyat big for notting( Camry from 2002 to 2006). Those are what we call them in Nigeria,I don't know where you live and what obtains their anyway. Thanks. 1 Like |

You win bro, I know there is a car called Voltron in naija, it does not matter what Toyota's MR2 is called by Toyota http://www.edmunds.com/toyota/mr2-spyder/ I know you may doubt its existence but it in a very small segment dominated by the Mazda Miata. 1 Like

drgica74: drgica, 2007 Camry up is referred to generally as MUSCLE or VOLTRON in Nigeria. I have never heard it been called spyder ever. |
