For record purposes, they have to return the ones they claimed were infected. Remember not all the bags were contaminated.

It's supposed to be returned to wherever it comes from. Are customs too stupid to check the rice before they send it down to us? We ain't fools and accepting such rubbish is completely out of it. Truly this government is not sincere with us at all. Mind you, even if they send good rice am not gonna be part of beneficiaries because I don't need, I'm not rich but to the glory of God I can feed myself and have helped people around me with the little I have during this trying time.

Nigerians ain't animal and this government must stop insulting us, they are collecting money from us forcefully yet we get no value for the money.
