Recently, I met one of my colleague in a devastated condition. I saw him drinking to stupor. I couldn't help it, so in our discussion to the reason for drinking. He made me understand that his fiancee had parked all her belongings in the house, leaving the room empty without informing him. The only way to comfort himself when he remembers it, is to drink. How do one cope with an heartbreak? |

Let him grieve. Let him know it's okay to grieve. Then helping him get busy to serve as a distraction would help. He should surrounded himself with good people watch Saturday footballs. Radio programs. Newspaper start d arguments. Anything possible to feed his mind with activity so he is acutely distracted from remembering the incidence would help him |
