�Use HP pencil for the diagram
�Label and rule line with pencils as this will enhance correction
�Labeling line should be horizontal
�All drawing must have a tittle writing at the top or at the left hand sideor below its
�In a sectional diagrams [I.e the cut surface] should be indicated by using double lines
If it is the root of a plant also be indicated by using double lines
