A masquerade congratulates Governor Obiano for the excellent work he has been doing in the state especially in providing food and other palliative measures to the poor in the state. The masquerade explained that they heard about the COVID-19 illness affecting humans from the spirit world, and they decided to come help the human race while supporting the governor in his good efforts in stopping the further spread of the virus in the state while also stressing that the virus doesn't in any way, affect them being masquerades and spirits. |
