Guys please I need info.. I tried buying airtime through my GTB World App. I was debited but it's going to 2days now and I haven't received the airtime. This is very annoying because I had many things I wanted to do with data. Please how do i recover my money or get the airtime. I am just frustrated. Please help a brother. |

I experienced same with zenith bank.. I actually transferred airtime to my Uncle first week of March..I was debited and my uncles account wasn't credited till date. I engaged their customer care online via chat.. I didn't get a satisfactory reply so I opted out.. It was painful.. |
