Good evening all .. I am new here, please I want recommendation of the best place to buy data from as a reseller,, I am currently using #clubkonnect and I must say their customers service is very poor, I had issue with funding my wallet for almost 1month now I kept sending messages to them for resolution but the kept ignoring, their number doesn't go through, so frustrating while still waiting for them to refund that one,I unfortunately had another issue now which happens to be the last money in my account, same thing I had sent them message since morning no response, please I need genuine place I can get my data from with fast delivery and good customers relationship |

clubkonnect: I wish I could say the same thing about clubkonnect. My experience with clubkonnect has been a bitter one ever since I started. On the 21st of April 2020, I funded my acct with #2,800 to recharge a meter(no 23100391707) the transaction never went through (was pending). I called the CC who told me they are have network issue and would refund my money. I waited for a day and no refund, then I funded the same account again and recharged which went through. I was promised that the previous amount of #2,800 will be refunded. The customer care assured me to be patient that my pending #2,800 will be refunded and I was waiting. Fast forward to today, 5th May 2020. I funded the same account with #2,000 recharged the same meter (no 23100391707), but the transaction never went through. I called again and th customer care told me I will be refunded in 24hrs. Then I asked about the previous #2,800 to my amazement she said no trace of any such transactions on their system. Pls kindly refund back my #2,800(21/04/2020) and #2,000 of today(05/05/2020). I have recharged from buypower.ng, so I need my money back in my bank account. Ckcompliance: No. It was a credit to my wallet as I wanted to purchase 500mb data. After the first debit alert didn't reflect in my wallet, I waited for sometime before initiating the second transaction because I needed the data. My bank account was debited again but also didn't reflect in my wallet. All were yesterday's transactions. |

What stops people from subscribing via the bank or using recognised apps such as palmpay or opay? The hassle with these transactions isn't worth the savings you think you are making. |
