Pls how do I get across to clubkonnet, anyone with useful information on how I can get back cash?

My experience with clubkonnect.

On the 21st of April 2020, I funded my acct with #2,800 to recharge a meter(no 23100391707) the transaction never went through (was pending). I called the CC who told me they were having network issue and would refund my money. I waited for a day but no refund, then I funded the same account again and recharged which went through. I was promised that the previous amount of #2,800 will be refunded. The customer care assured me to be patient that my pending #2,800 will be refunded and I was waiting. Fast forward to today, 5th May 2020. I funded the same account with #2,000 recharged the same meter (no 23100391707), but the transaction never went through. I called again and the customer care told me I will be refunded in 24hrs. Then I asked about the previous #2,800. To my amazement she said no trace of any such transactions on their system.

Pls how do I get back my #2,800(21/04/2020) and #2,000 of today(05/05/2020). I have recharged from buypower.ng, so I need the money back in my bank account.

Anyone with a better option on card purchases and meter recharge should pls let me know.

1.) The 2,800 naira payment was only successful once, which means you will have to go to your with a screenshot of your payment for a refund.

2) The meter recharge you did today will be refunded in the next 24hours.

Guess what everyone. I have been using clubkonnect.com for a while until today when I had a terrible experience. A client needed 20gig of airtel data so I tried purchasing it via my atm card. The maximum transfer I could do was 5,000 at a single transaction. I performed it and I got the first 5,000. I repeated it again this Time around I was Debited and it didn't reflect. I did it for the third time got Debited and yet my account still showed 5,000 instead of 15,000.I have called and texted no response that's why I came on nairaland. Please I will advise everyone not to pay a kobo there until my case Is sorted out. Out of the 5,000 I have I have tried using it to buy mtn data. Am also yet to receive It. Its looking very scarey and fraudulent. Pls hold on everyone.

I never got such calls, my phone was with me all through.
The transaction I'm referring to happened on the 21st of April 2020 between 9:30pm and 12midnight. I funded my wallet with #2,800 in order to recharge for meter no 23100391707 the transaction never want through it showed pending for three days and disappeared after then. It's not even reflecting on the transaction history. Check your system; Lucky Azubuike (phone no. 09094047386)

NB: I called your customer care on the 22nd, 23rd,...... they told me it was a pending transaction and that they would refund back the money, but after sometime that very transaction history was taken down.
